Returns & Refunds Policy

Each item at Twenty Six Cats Lab is made to order, which means we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing issue or the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

We will offer a replacement or refund if:

• The item arrives damaged or defective
• There is a clear misprint or production error
• You received the wrong item or size due to our error

If you experience any of the above, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear photo of the item and issue. We’ll review it and either replace the item or issue a refund.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for the following:

• Incorrect size ordered by the customer
• Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
• Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
• Items marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing

Important Notes:

• Sale items are final and not eligible for refund or exchange
• Please double-check your shipping information and size selection before placing your order
• Replacements are processed only for defective or incorrect items, not general dissatisfaction
